What is your return policy?

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for items that have been washed, or damaged after delivery.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@byheer.com with:
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
  • The reason for your return
We'll provide you with the next steps.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Although 20% of our profits are committed to supporting charities, eligible returns will always receive a full refund in line with our Returns Policy. We believe giving back is our responsibility, not yours, and we'll continue to honour our charitable commitments wherever possible.

What if my item arrived damaged?

If you've received a faulty item or we've sent the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to put things right.
