Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.Although 20% of our profits are committed to supporting charities, eligible returns will always receive a full refund in line with our Returns Policy. We believe giving back is our responsibility, not yours, and we'll continue to honour our charitable commitments wherever possible.What if my item arrived damaged?
